For orders shipped to locations with cold winter temperatures in the 30°F range or lower, we recommend adding these heat packs to your order to make sure your plants arrive in excellent condition and without any damage due to frost.

These heat packs are slow release and will not harm your plants during shipping.

For larger orders, I recommend adding multiple heat packs if your average temperature is below 35°F. Will be activated just prior to shipping.

Every order is packed with care to ensure your plants arrive healthy and beautiful. In the rare event of significant transit damage, I’m happy to provide a replacement if one is available, or a refund if not. To process a claim, please send clear photos of the plant and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. This helps me verify what happened in transit. Please note that minor cosmetic issues, such as a tiny broken leaf, slight soil disturbance, or normal expected shipping stress, are not considered significant damage.
